THE RULES OF STAYING IN GRABINOWO GUEST COTTAGE
Welcome to Grabinowo Guest Cottage. Our aim is to make your rest comfortable and calm. And for achieving this purpose the following rules of staying in our Guest Cottage are used.
- The present rules explain the procedure of booking and rent the Guest Cottage.
- The Owner will take care of your comfortable and calm rest. All problems, connected with your living here should be claimed at +48 600-708-178.
- Booking and deposit amount of 30 % of the total price that is defined before, mean your acceptation of the given rules.
- Deposit for staying in the Guest Cottage should be transferred to the following bank account:
Wioleta Grabiński, Spręcowo 55a, 11-001 Dywity, account number: 39 1140 2004 0000 3602 7514 2874. If you don’t transfer money at the stated time after reservation, your booking will be cancelled. - The rest of the sum is paid when you check in. You can pay by credit cards: Visa, VPay, Mastercard, Maestro
- The right for staying in the Guest Cottage is given only to the renters.
- Check in time starts at 4 p. m. and check out time -12 a.m. on the day of your
- The price includes staying in the cottage with the possibility of using all the devices and appliances :towels, bed linen, media (electricity, water, TV),grill, place for fire, playground.
- Every guest must keep order in the Guest Cottage and keep it in the same condition till check out. Non-compliance with the mentioned above obligation causes the payment of compensation.
- Check in and check out are carried in the presence of the Owner or a responsible for that person. You must also return the keys on the day of leaving the Cottage.
- Guests can’t allow any third person to stay in the Cottage, even if the period you paid for isn’t expired.
- The price of the services given by the Owner doesn’t include insurance. Guests agree with the thing that they are responsible for their life and safety. The Owner is not responsible for any personal injury or property damages ( ill-health or property damage that is done to the third person), also stealing luggage during the whole time of staying in the Guest Cottage.
- The Owner should be immediately informed about all kinds of damages or malfunctions.
- The repair and modernization of the appliances in the Cottage is prohibited.
- Parents and tutors are responsible and answerable for their children, minors and the consequences of their actions.
- Parents of infants are obliged to protect the mattresses on which their children sleep from getting wet or dirty. Otherwise, they will cover the costs of cleaning.
- There is a special place for parking on the territory. Parking is free.
- Smoking is prohibited in the Guest Cottage.
- All guests must follow the rules of safety and occupational health as well as fire protection, in particular, it is forbidden:
- to use tools and devices based on electrical or gas energy, which are not appointed in the Guest Cottage and can cause fire, for example, heating pads, heaters, gas burners;
- to bring any flammable or explosive materials, materials with an unpleasant odor to the Guest Cottage;
- to make a fire or use open flame out of the special places for that;
- to use sports and pneumatic weapons(e.g. air-gun).
- to use any sound equipment at night;
- to ride quads or any vehicles on the territory of the property except roads.
- The Owner is not responsible for temporary troubles such as temporary lack of water, electricity, the Internet access.
- Staying with pets in the Guest Cottage is prohibited.
- Before leaving the Guest Cottage you need to restore order in the Cottage, as well as the surrounding area and throw the garbage in the garbage can.
- The provisions of the Civil Code of Poland from August 29, 1997 about tourist services are applied on issues unresolved in the present rules.
